Surya 24 Portals Doesn’t Collect the Information:

• Surya 24 Portals does not collect sensitive personal data or information. It only collects the sensitive personal data or information which is considered necessary to provide the service or to fulfill the purpose and for a lawful purpose connected with a function or activity of Surya 24 Portals. Users can continue to browse / search on Surya 24 portal platform without giving any information; however, PI is required for availing the certain services on Surya 24 Portal platform.
• Surya 24 Portal l does not collect emails, addresses or other contact information from your mobile address book or contact lists other than name and mobile phone numbers. Surya 24 portal does not store historical location information in any form or manner at its end, except for last known location from which Surya 24 Portal software was accessed in case of non-availability of current location data.While collecting information, Suyra 24 Portal ensures that you must be informed about (a) the fact that the information is being collected; (b) the purpose for which the information is being collected; (c) the intended recipients of the information; and (d) the name and address of (i) the agency that is collecting the information; and (ii) the agency that will retain the information.
• The data/information shall not be collected unless-(a) you have provided a valid, informed & free consent; (b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party; (c) processing is necessary for compliance with the company legal obligation; (d) processing is necessary in order to protect your interests; or (e) processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.
